Return Policy
Returns are accepted for full-priced merchandise within 14 calendar days upon delivery of your order. Refund will be issued to your original payment method less the shipping fee. We will accept returns that are unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and unworn with all original tags, dust bag, and packaging intact. Shoes and jewelry will only be accepted if returned in original packaging free of any damages or postal marks. nois reserved the right to refuse any return merchandise that does not meet our standard or our return policy requirements.
The following types of orders and items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
• International orders
• On sale items
• 20% off or more promo code purchases
• Beauty/Personal Care Items/Face masks
• Earrings
• Headwear
• Swimwear
• Undergarments/Intimates/Socks/Tights
• Home goods/Lifestyle goods (candles, tablewares, etc.)
• Gift Cards
We cannot process refund/store credit/exchange for any item sent back that is not eligible for return.

All return requests must be approved by nois before mailing, otherwise will be returned to sender.
The return package should be packed securely with the original invoice. Customers are responsible for return shipping and advised to add a tracking service to the package. nois cannot be held responsible for store credit or refund if the package is lost or damaged during transit.
