Order & Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped from New York mostly via US Postal Service or UPS Ground Service. Orders take 2-5 business days to process and once it is processed, your order will be shipped within 2 days. Express orders will be shipped in 1-2 working days.
We offer free delivery on US orders over $150 and international orders over $450.
For any changes or cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible. Once the order shipped, it is no longer possible for us to make changes to the order/package. If the order is not yet shipped according to your order status page and you would like to make a change, please email us at info@noisnewyork.com.
Cancellations are subject to a $10 restocking fee per item.
Occasionally, there may be a delay in delivery as the order is held by the Customs. We advise contacting the Customs office if you are looking for a status update or an estimate hold time.
USPS Priority and UPS Ground both include a maximum of $100 reimbursement for lost packages. Standard free delivery option is not insured. Full insurance coverage is available for purchase during check out for orders within the USA.
In the case of lost packages, nois will do our best to assist in locating the package or filing an insurance claim if applicable. Once your order leaves our studio, the accountability is transferred to the carrier and we no longer have control over your order.
nois cannot be held responsible to issue a refund or store credit for damaged/lost packages if no insurance coverage is purchased at the time of check out or when no insurance coverage is included in the shipping service.
