We continue to process and fulfill orders per usual with an increase in hygienic measures. However, due to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, all orders are subjected to a delay in delivery time. Thank you for supporting our small business during these challenging times. Orders are shipped from New York via US Postal Service or UPS Ground Service. Orders take 2-5 business days to process and once it is processed, your order will be shipped within 2 days. Transit time will vary depending on location and weather. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is filled out before completing checkout. Once the order shipped, it is no longer possible to make changes to the order/package.

We offer free delivery on US orders over $150 and international orders over $300.

International customers may be charged a custom duty fee by the destination country. Should you decline or ignore to complete the delivery of your order by paying the due charges, nois cannot be held accountable to issue any compensation for such action.

Occasionally, there may be a delay in delivery as the order is held by the Customs. We advise contacting the Customs office if you are looking for a status update or an estimate hold time.    

Lost/Stolen Packages
It is a very rare occurrence for a package to be lost or stolen as all our orders are shipped with a tracking number. In such cases, nois will do our best to assist in locating the lost package or filing an insurance claim if applicable. However, nois cannot be held responsible to issue a refund or store credit for lost or stolen packages. Once your order leaves our studio, the accountability is transferred to the carrier and we no longer have control over your order.

Late Express Delivery
Express delivery may be delayed due to a variety of reasons including severe weather conditions, which is the most common cause for delay and not eligible for a shipping fee refund. In such cases, we can only assist in filing a refund request with the mail carrier. Please allow 45 days for the mail carrier to respond. If the delivery qualifies for a refund, a notification will automatically be sent to the customer as soon as the shipping fee credit is received from the mail carrier.
